These assessments are a cost effective way for small businesses to get an overview of the accessibility of their services and general advice on solutions.

 

Our consultant will visit your premises and appraise the environment accompanied by a representative of your organisation.

 

Major barriers to accessibility will be identified and possible solutions recommended. A detailed appraisal of the physical features will not be undertaken.

 

Your representative will receive guidance on your legal duties under the Equality Act 2010 relating to accessibility and how they apply to your business.

 

There will also be the opportunity to discuss any issues of concern with our consultant.

 

Brief notes on the access issues discussed will be provided.

 

This service can also be provided for potential real estate acquisitions.

 

Fees 

This service is charged hourly at £95 per hour with a minimum of one hour (plus travel expenses). As a guide, a small shop could be appraised and notes provided in 2-3 hours.
